    There are no moving parts to allow for a long maintenance free life all units are constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel.

    For foul or contaminated water situations the units can be constructed from higher quality Stainless Steel to AISI316 alternative.

    Every Control is designed to offer the most maintenance free design possible and our controls best meet the requirements of BS 8301: 1985.

    Unlike "Letter Box" type controls our flow controls present a normal pipe to the flow path and are easy to install in any manhole.

    They do not require complicated channels or to be angled or fixed to plinths with bolts and gaskets and no sumps are required.

    Units are manufactured with suitable sized outlet spigot, which is inserted into the chamber outlet pipe and are then simply benched in place and installation is completed with a normal channel arrangement.

    With over 10 years experience of flow control installation throughout the UK our units have been made to meet many special fitting requirements.

    Unlike other controls our units can be made adjustable without replacement of the control unit. It is an advantage to the design of multiple development sites if a controlled flow can be adjustable to suit changing conditions.

    If preferred, installation can take place in a chamber downstream of the storage system. The unit is attached to the inlet pipe from the storage. This allows full access to the unit, and is the only possible dry installation available.

    We offer a full support service to all our clients from assessment of their storage requirements to site visits and full details and help are quickly available for the installation and use of our controls. Full support is free with every quotation for our controls.

    Our aim is to supply all our controls within 10 working days from confirmation of order and the cost of delivery to any part of the UK is included in the Price.

    We offer all our clients only high quality service, design and manufacture and we never offer compromise or economy alternatives.
